Church, located in Pittsburg, Kansas, needed a private location on the internet,
where their members could receive information such as newsletters, upcoming events,
schedules and the ability to send out emails to various groups within the
organization. After a few short months communication soared to new heights and
members began to use the internet as a place of interaction.
Over the years DZMembers has turn into a very robust application giving the
administrator the tools to manage member accounts, setup groups, and customize
the software to easily integrate it with their own website. Among the many features

The Member’s page
Once logged in, each member is taken to a central location called the Member’s page.
This page is custom built for each member. Members can edit their own profile,
view calendars and publications and so on. The administrator can choose to grant
certain access of the member system via the member’s page.
Group Administration
At the heart of DZMembers is its ability to organize members into various
groups which you define and create. This gives you the flexibility to assign
features of the member system or communicate with various groups with ease.
Group Emails
Have you ever been tired of constantly having to update your address book
with email address changes? Not so with DZMembers, the member themselves
maintain their own email address. All you need to do is select the groups
or individuals to send out your important emails. Or how about this, have
you ever received emails where the "To" list goes on and on and
on? These types of emails are a spammer’s delight. Not so with the
group email function. Each message is sent out one by one reducing the
chances of your email address getting into the hands of a spammer.
Calendars
Wouldn’t it be nice to have a calendar program to send out a reminder
so many days before an upcoming event? The calendar feature does this with
ease. Setup as many types of calendars you need. After adding calendar
events, select as many groups or individuals you wish to notify regarding
the event.
Publications
The publications feature gives you the power to upload your own newsletters
and forms in various formats. From there, members can subscribe to the
publications which allow you to inform them of any new articles
hot off the press. With DZMembers
powerful reporting you can track what publications are being viewed and the
number of subscribers per publications.
